Seller and checkout

Digital products on noahsjourney.ch are created by Noah Spirig, 9434 Au SG, Switzerland. Orders are processed by Polar Software Inc. (polar.sh) as merchant of record. Polar handles payment, invoicing and applicable taxes; Polar’s own terms apply to the purchase.

What you get

After checkout you receive a download link by email and access through the Polar customer portal. Prices are shown at checkout including taxes where required.

Licence

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files in your own projects and in projects for your clients, including commercial ones. You may not resell, share, sublicense or publish the files themselves, alone or as part of another product.

Right of withdrawal for digital content

Because the files are delivered immediately after purchase, you agree at checkout that delivery starts right away and that you thereby lose any statutory right of withdrawal. If a file is faulty or does not match its description, write to me and I will fix it or arrange a refund.

Free products

Free products require an email address so the download link can be sent. The same licence applies.

Liability

Looks depend on footage, camera and settings, so results can differ from previews. Liability is limited to the purchase price, as far as legally permitted.
